Richelle began working with Michael in 1996 as an administrative assistant. Over the years her job responsibilities expanded to office Operations Manager. She is responsible for overseeing all of the daily operations and works hard to make sure all clients’ needs are met in a timely manner. Over the years, Richelle developed close personal relationships with many clients and really enjoys this part of her work life.
Richelle lives in San Marcos with her husband, Jerry and their 3 children, Natalie, Caleb and Ashley. Outside of work, Richelle enjoys traveling, hiking, being at church and spending time with her family and friends.
